I caught up with this series recently. It's still really good, managing to have a continuity but have a good, entertaining single-issue story. Unfortunately, there's only been 9 issues printed in the last like 2 years because I guess Frank Quitely. But his art is great.

#10 just came out last week and was awesome.
It sucks that it has taken so long for the series to get this close to being finished, but I think it has been worth it.
